I like good people and great parties

Lucky for me, wedding planning combines both.

The one in your corner

hey, It’s your girl Sarah!

I got my start after spending years working just about every side of weddings and events imaginable. Managing, serving, bartending, setting up—you name it, I've probably done it! Those experiences gave me a behind-the-scenes look at what shapes a great event and ultimately inspired me to start Petal & Pine.

I started this business because I wanted to work with couples who aren't afraid to do things a little differently. The ones who want to show their personality, embrace what makes them unique, and create a wedding that feels like them—not a playbook written by someone else. Around here, there are no cookie-cutter celebrations.

I'm a sucker for a good love story, and getting to play even a small role in one of the best days of someone's life never gets old. The energy of a wedding day feeds my soul! Everyone is excited, everyone is grateful, and everyone is ready to celebrate. The happy tears, the packed dance floors, the little moments in between—I genuinely love it all.

When I'm not planning weddings, you'll usually find me hanging out with my two cats and dog, hiking, traveling, or spending time outdoors. I'm also a big fan of music, horror movies, true crime, trash reality TV, thrifting, coffee, and pretty much every animal I've ever met.

I'm laid-back by nature, but I also love a good spreadsheet.

My goal is to take the pressure off, keep things organized behind the scenes, and help you have focus on the parts that matter—celebrating your love, spending time with your favorite people, and creating a day that feels completely your own!

The vibes

For me, the best weddings start with getting to know the people at the center of them.

I want to hear your story, learn what makes your relationship unique, and understand what matters most to you. The more I get to know you, the easier it becomes to create a celebration that feels personal, meaningful, and true to who you are.

Wedding planning should be fun! Not every conversation needs to be about timelines and to-do lists. Some of my favorite moments are hearing how you met, learning about the things that make your relationship special, and getting excited about the ideas you're dreaming up together!

I really strive to create a space where couples feel comfortable being themselves, sharing ideas openly, and knowing they can show up exactly as they are. No pressure, no judgment, and no feeling like you have to fit into a certain mold.

Most importantly, everyone is welcome here. Every couple deserves to feel celebrated, supported, and free to create a wedding that reflects who they are and what they love.
