I'll step in before the wedding to understand your vision, coordinate with vendors, finalize logistics, and ensure everything runs smoothly so you can focus on celebrating.

The Game Plan

  • 01. Let's Meet

    After you submit an inquiry, we'll hop on a consultation call to get to know each other. We'll chat about your vision, where you're at in the planning process, what you're excited about, and what kind of support you're looking for.

    If it feels like a good fit, you'll sign your contract and pay a 25% retainer to officially secure your date—cue the happy dance! The remaining balance is split into four payments, with the final payment due one month before your wedding.

  • 02. Planning & Design

    Once you're booked, you'll receive a welcome packet and questionnaire so I can learn more about you, your relationship, your vision, and the details that matter most to you. From there, I'll build a customized month-by-month planning roadmap tailored specifically to your wedding, and we'll dive right in!

    For Full Service and Partial Planning clients, this is where we really start bringing your vision to life! I'll create custom design decks, floor plans, mood boards, inspiration images, and décor recommendations to help everything feel cohesive and intentional.

  • 03. Final Details

    As your wedding gets closer, I'll start tying up all the loose ends! I'll coordinate with your vendors, confirm logistics and arrival times, finalize timelines, and make sure everyone has the information they need.

    Once RSVPs start rolling in, I'll organize guest counts, meal selections, and seating logistics. I even create detailed meal charts and color-coded floor plans to help catering and event staff keep everything running smoothly.

    The day before your wedding, I'll lead your ceremony rehearsal so everyone knows where to be and what to expect. Full Service clients also receive rehearsal dinner or welcome party planning and coordination!

  • 04. It's Wedding Day!

    This is where you get to hand everything over and enjoy the day you've worked so hard to create!

    I'll be there from start to finish—no hourly limits and no watching the clock. From setup and vendor coordination to timeline management, guest guidance, troubleshooting, and breakdown at the end of the night, I've got it covered.

    When the celebration is over, your décor and personal items will be packed up and ready for pickup. No late-night cleanup, no extra stress, and no wondering who's handling what. Your job is simple: be present, celebrate, and soak it all in. I've got the rest!
