Services in this package include:

  • Timeline execution and help with creation.

  • Set up and breakdown of decor at your venue. 

  • Point of contact for all vendors throughout the wedding day (including preliminary communications to discuss important details to make your day run seamlessly). 

  • Day before rehearsal with your wedding party. 

  • Conduction of ceremony processional. 

  • Early arrival at your venue to greet and direct your vendors.

  • Guest liaison throughout ceremony and reception. 

  • Multiple zoom meetings to discuss decor setup and finalize timeline details. 

  • Open communication throughout the planning process. 

  • Managing all logistics and flow from start to finish on your wedding day.
